BaseBoard ® 40 Position Screw Terminal
To interface the features on the BaseBoard to external equipment,
screw
terminal boards are available. For access to the BaseBoard connectors,
a
compact 40-position unit (approx.. dimensions: 3" X 5" X 2-1/2") with a
double
rack of clamp style screw terminals is available. For the
Opto-Isolation
modules, a 50 position terminal is available. A cable is included with
the
Termination boards.
Compact Screw Terminals allows direct access to the Digital I/O on
the BaseBoard
- Provides convenient connecting of discrete wires to the Digital
I/O.
- Comes with cables to attach directly to BaseBoard.
- Each 24 Digital I/O section has its own screw terminal:
- Add Screw Terminal connections as needed
- Screw Terminals Available:
- Digital I/O directly from Base Board - 40 position
- Digital I/O from Opto-Isolation Module -50 position
Screw Termination Units:
Scientific Solutions offers screw terminals for direct connection to
the
BaseBoard / ISA card or BaseBoard PCI DeskTop Unit. Digital I/O
connectors 1, 2, 3 and
4 are 40pin.
The screw termination units are compact and provide a convenient method
for
connecting discrete wires to the BaseBoard’s Digital Input/Output
signals.
Each section of the BaseBoard can have its own individual screw
terminal.
Both 40pin (for use without Opto modules) and 50pin (for use with
Opto
modules) versions of screw terminals are available.
Digital I/O P1, P2, P3 or P4: 40 pin Screw Terminal
(Option)
You can connect to a 40 position screw terminal to
the
BaseBoards 40 pin Digital I/O connectors using a ribbon
cable.
The ribbon cable is connected between the screw terminal and the
BaseBoard 40pin digital I/O connector. The striped edge of the
ribbon
cable connects to Pin 1.
